WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

REGULATIONS ON RETURN

GENERAL RULES:

To ensure the interests of customers, partners, and improve the quality of after-sales service, the Company will support you to exchange new products of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be solved immediately (due to technical errors, manufacturing techniques). Products are only eligible for a refund when the following conditions are fully met.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Products must remain sealed seals of New Connection Co., Ltd. or manufacturing plants.
  2. The product has been identified as having a technical defect in the production process of New Connection Co., Ltd. or cooperative satellite workshops.
  3. Received products must remain intact, porous, and full of accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any) ...
  4. Received products are not defective due to improper transport and storage by customers (scratched, broken, dented, yellowed, ...)
  5. Received products must be accompanied by all accompanying documents (purchase the voucher, VAT invoice if any, warranty card, manual, catalog ...)

CASE NOT ACCEPT CHANGE:

  1. You want to change the type and design without prior notice.
  2. You use it improperly, causing damage to the product.
  3. You do not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the regime of exchange, return according to the contract (past the prescribed time).
  4. You do affect the outside of the product itself such as torn packaging, scratches, scratches, breaks, ...
  5. The product has been checked and signed by you to confirm the condition, but then you request to return and exchange the goods due to the appearance of faults (scratches, dents, yellowing, breaks ...).

PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE RETURNS:

  1. You contact directly New Connection Co., Ltd. After obtaining the status certificate with the content of goods from the quality control department of New Connection Co., Ltd.
  2. Damage caused by a technical error cannot be repaired immediately, the exchange will be done in accordance with the provisions of New Connection Co., Ltd. and the manufacturer or the authorized warranty center of the manufacturer.
  3. The process of handling return or exchange procedures shall be carried out within 3 days after receiving all information and papers as prescribed by customers.
